We are so glad that you are interested in enrolling your child at Sherwood Forest Camp next summer! Registration information will be available in mid-September. Please contact our office at 314-644-3322 if you have any questions in the meantime.
Once registration materials are available, you may follow the steps below to enroll your child:

Step 1:
|
Read and review the Parent/Camper Handbook.
|

Step 2:
|
Complete the application (select the one for the appropriate grade below). Don’t forget to select the session you would like your child to attend.
|

Step 3:
|
Print, sign, and mail the application with your $25 deposit to Sherwood Forest Camp, 2708 Sutton Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63143
Your child will be placed on a waiting list without a completed application & deposit!
We will contact you within two weeks of the receipt of your application to confirm receipt of the application, ask any additional questions, and/or set-up an interview between the camper and a staff member.

Step 4:
|
Fill out the health history and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) Income Eligibilty Form after February 15, 2011. If your child is enrolled after this time, all forms are due at the time of enrollment.

Step 5:
|
Locate and copy your recent tax return (or other income verification) and your child’s health insurance card (front and back).
|

Step 6:
|
Print, sign, and mail completed forms, income verification and health insurance card to Sherwood Forest Camp, 2708 Sutton Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63143.
We will confirm that your child’s application is complete via phone call, mail, or email, and confirm the session and bus stop location.

Step 7:
|
Mail any remaining fees by April 20, 2011 to Sherwood Forest Camp, 2708 Sutton Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63143. If your child is enrolled after this time, all forms and fees are due at the time of enrollment. Please call if this presents a difficulty for your family.
Your child’s enrollment is not complete until ALL FORMS AND FEES are returned to the office

Take another moment to review the Frequently Asked Questions or the Parent/Camper Handbook.

Step 9:
|
Bring your child with his/her belongings (don’t forget to use a permanent marker to label them with the child's name) to the designated bus stop at the designated time on the first day of their session.

Application - please select the grade your child will complete during the 2011-2012 school year:
8th grade campers must have completed Trek prior to appling for Adventure and 9th grade campers must have completed Adventure prior to applying for Journey. Please call our office if your child meets these requirements and you would like an electronic application.
