Seasonal Staff Application Process

Step 1: Review the job description for the position for which you are applying.

Step 2: Complete an application.

Click on the Staff Application button above.

Complete the application. Then submit it to us in one of the following ways:

1. Click the button on the bottom of the application.

2. Save the application (you must use the Adobe save button (most likely a little disk on the upper left side of your screen) and not the "Save page as", "Save" or "Save as" of your web browser) and attach it to an email addressed to michaelc@sherwoodforestcamp.com.

3. Print the application and mail it to us: Sherwood Forest Camp, 2708 Sutton Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63143.

Step 3: Print three (3) reference forms and distribute to your chosen references. Please use teachers, instructors, current or past employers, clergy etc. Do not use family or friends.

Step 4: Gather your references forms from your references. Mail all three in one envelope to Sherwood Forest Camp, 2708 Sutton Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63143.

Step 5: Complete a child abuse and neglect form, a W-4 form, a Missouri W-4 form, and an I-9 form. NOTE: If hired we will need a copy of either your birth certificate/passport or copies of your drivers license and social security card.

Step 6: If hired you will need to complete a health history form. You will also need to bring a copy of either your birth certificate/passport or copies of your drivers license and social security card.

Remember: All volunteers and interns must complete an application, three refences, a child abuse and neglect form and once hired a health history form.

All staff must complete an application, three references, a child abuse and neglect form, a W-4 form, a Missouri W-4 form, an I-9 form, and once hired a health hisory form.
